Greatly enjoyed good sized room with good view, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

The location in a great area was great and perfect and there were a shopping area and a market nearby. Thanks to the main station adjacent to the hotel, all the landmarks in Hong Kong were within reach. The staff, everyone, was very pleasant and incredibly nice.

The room was spacious with a kitchen, perfect for my needs; the pool was fantastic, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, in a convenient location near the Waterfront.

The breakfast offers a variety of options including coffee, tea, cereal, cookies, and fruit. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to local restaurants, commercial centers, and a large shopping mall. The pool area is also quite pleasant.

This place is right by the main station, making it super easy to get around 🚇. The staff here are all incredibly helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. The room had two cozy single beds, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They offered a free shuttle service to the nearest tube station, making it easy to get around. The location was great, close to local restaurants and as close to the river as advertised in the pictures.

For us, it was ideal.

The gym and pool facilities at the hotel were excellent. I even had the opportunity to participate in a tai chi session poolside, led by a kung fu master. The location of the hotel, inside a shopping center next to Hung Hom main station, made it convenient to access the MTR without getting wet. The hotel also offered beautiful urban views, even from the cheaper rooms. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the chamber staff was thoughtful, providing me with a plate, knife, and fork when they noticed I had mangoes in my room. Additionally, the hotel had a variety of eating options and the promenade offered a stunning water view.

During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the comfortable bed in our room. It provided us with a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The room also had a stunning view of the city skyline, adding to the overall ambiance of our stay. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation.

We did experience a couple of downsides during our stay. we had to wait for a long time during the check-in process, which was a bit frustrating.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The housekeeping staff were very accommodating and kept our room very clean. The kitchenette in our room was convenient, especially when traveling with young children on an extended stay. The utensils were locked away, but we could easily access them by asking the housekeeping staff to unlock the cabinets. The shuttle bus service to Tsim Tsa Tsui was very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. We also loved the hotel's great location, with easy access to the MTR and train system through Fortune Metropolis Plaza.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient. It is connected to a shopping mall with 24-hour MacDonald's and 7-Eleven, making it easy to grab a quick bite or any essentials. Furthermore, it is just next to the Hung Hom train station, offering seamless access to travel to China. Additionally, the hotel is adjacent to a metro stop, providing easy transportation options for exploring the city.

The hotel staff has been reported to be grumpy, inflexible, and at times rude.

harbour plaza exceeded my expectations with its excellent gym and pool facilities, as well as the convenient location next to the train station and shopping center. The hotel staff was thoughtful and the cleanliness was impressive. The views from the rooms and promenade were spectacular. The overall atmosphere was impressive and there were plenty of eating options. A truly remarkable stay.
